Skip Wilson attended the College of Visual Arts in St. Paul, MN and graduated with a BFA in the spring of 2011 with an emphasis in printmaking. In attending CVA, Skip developed a multidiscipline background, both in the design program and fine arts.  Having lived locally in the twin cities his entire life, Skip has exhibited in multiple shows, both in St. Paul and Minneapolis. Places that Skip has shown at include the College of Visual Arts, Cal Surf, Barfly, 1419, and the Lyric Living Building. Two highlights in Skip’s artistic career include winning first place in a student design competition hosted by Susan I. Design, and winning first place in a breast cancer benefit show called “Racktacular”.  

Skip’s professional background in printmaking include showing prints, volunteering at the MAPC in 2010, working as a print tech at the College of Visual Arts, and attending workshops at Highpoint Center for Printmaking.
